Come join us to Renew, Refresh and Rejoice with Stretch Fitness, a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. We will use a systematic practice of physical exercise, breathing, and relaxation. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, forward folds, and hip openers just to name a few. We will celebrate class with Christian music and Prayer.
Please bring an exercise mat and water with you.
We will meet in the Big Room.
