We are excited to see what God has in store for us this summer in the book of John! It’s going to be a great night of fellowship, food, and girl talk. 

Bring your Bible and a notebook and invite a friend to join you.

ANCHORED IN HOPE

To help women grieve with hope who have suffered miscarriage and loss, we are starting a support group led by Marcelle Nagel on Wednesday nights at 8pm in her home.

In addition, there is a book that is highly recommended by Anchored in Hope called "Grace Like Scarlett" by Adriel Booker. With vulnerability and tenderness, Adriel Booker shares intimate stories about her experiences with early and mid-term miscarriages to help you navigate your own grief and know you aren't alone. She tackles complex questions about faith, suffering, and God's will with sensitivity and clarity, devoid of religious clichés or pat answers. Ultimately, Adriel invites you to a wide-open place of grace, honesty, and genuine hope as you discover a redemption story unfolding in the shadows of your loss. She also includes practical resources for ways to help guide children through grief, advice on pregnancy after loss, and special sections for dads and loved ones.

By supporting women through their pregnancy & postpartum journeys we desire to encourage and uplift families. We aim to provide tangible help via meals, new mother gifts, emotional support & prayer. If you or someone you know is welcoming a baby through birth or adoption please fill out this form to connect or sign up for a meal train. 

 

STRETCH YOUR FAITH FITNESS

Saturdays (June 12- August 28) at 9:00 - 10:00 am, in the CBC Kids Big Room

FREE! Come join us to Renew, Refresh and Rejoice with Stretch Fitness, a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. We will use a systematic practice of physical exercise, breathing,  and relaxation. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, forward folds, and hip openers just to name a few. We will celebrate class with Christian music and Prayer.

Please bring an exercise mat and water with you.
